Assaisonner avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et le thym.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Augmenter ensuite le feu et ajouter la viande hach\u00e9e \u00e0 la mixture dans la po\u00eale. Faire revenir en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit bien dor\u00e9e. Briser les gros morceaux de viande avec le dos d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Une fois la viande dor\u00e9e, saler, poivrer et d\u00e9glacer avec le vin blanc. Saler, poivrer et bien m\u00e9langer. R\u00e9duire le feu, ajouter le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et laisser mijoter le rag\u00f9 10-15 minutes.
