Ils sont parfaitement adapt\u00e9s pour un ap\u00e9ritif ou comme hors-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre mais aussi pour un buffet de f\u00eate, No\u00ebl ou le Nouvel An. Parmi les Rustici les plus connus figurent les Calzoni, des chaussons garnis de fromage et de sauce tomate, et les Panzerotti, semblables aux Calzoni mais faits d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te plus \u00e9paisse et semblable au pain.
