Ce repas est pr\u00eat en un rien de temps.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n<ul>\n<li>Marmite \u00e0 p\u00e2tes<\/li>\n<li>Po\u00eale<\/li>\n<li>Louche<\/li>\n<li>Passoire \u00e0 p\u00e2tes<\/li>\n<li>Moulin \u00e0 poivre<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e2pe \u00e0 Parmesan<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">\n<li>400 g de Spaghetti<\/li>\n<li>4 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>1 piment rouge<\/li>\n<li>2 tiges de persil plat<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre<\/li>\n<li>100 ml d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>50 g de Parmesan (, r\u00e2p\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>40 g de sel<\/li>\n<li>Poivre noir<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n<li>\n<p>Faire bouillir 4 litres d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e dans une grande marmite. Cuire les spaghetti al dente selon les instructions sur l&#8217;emballage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Peler les gousses d&rsquo;ail. Les couper ensuite en fines tranches r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et les mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Couper ensuite le piment en fins anneaux et les mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9galement. (Attention : Pour un plat moins \u00e9pic\u00e9, couper le piment en deux dans la longueur et retirer les graines avant de le couper.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Effeuiller le persil des tiges et le hacher finement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Chauffer 100 ml d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une grande po\u00eale. Lorsque des bulles se forment autour du manche d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re en bois plong\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;huile, elle est assez chaude pour frire les \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ajouter l&rsquo;ail dans la po\u00eale et le frire sans cesser de remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il devienne presque dor\u00e9. Ajouter ensuite le piment et frire pendant 5 secondes, puis le persil, \u00e9galement frit pendant 5 secondes. D\u00e9glacer avec une demi-louche d&rsquo;eau de cuisson des p\u00e2tes. Si les spaghetti ne sont pas encore cuits, garder la base de sauce \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00c9goutter les spaghetti cuits, puis les ajouter \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile aromatis\u00e9e dans la po\u00eale et bien m\u00e9langer. Aglio e olio a longtemps appartenu \u00e0 la Cucina Piccina. Piccina signifie petite cuisine et d\u00e9crit la cuisine des pauvres. En principe, Aglio e Olio est une version simplifi\u00e9e des Spaghetti Vongole &#8211; sans les Vongole.<\/p>\n<p>La recette reste si populaire aujourd&rsquo;hui parce qu&rsquo;elle est vraiment simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. C&rsquo;est aussi pratique parce qu&rsquo;elle ne n\u00e9cessite que des ingr\u00e9dients peu co\u00fbteux et toujours pr\u00e9sents dans le placard. Cela commence par la fa\u00e7on de couper l&rsquo;ail. Les tranches fines, les b\u00e2tonnets ou l&rsquo;usage d&rsquo;un presse-ail sont possibles. On trouve des recettes avec ou sans persil, avec ou sans Parmesan, etc. La variante la plus connue est certainement aglio, olio e peperoncino o\u00f9 du piment est simplement ajout\u00e9 aux p\u00e2tes.<\/p>\n<p>Outre les spaghettis classiques, d&rsquo;autres formes de p\u00e2tes longues et fines conviennent \u00e9galement au plat, comme les Vermicelli ou les Linguine.<\/p>\n<h2>Recommandation de boisson pour les Spaghetti aglio e olio<\/h2>\n<p>Un robuste Primitivo de l&rsquo;Apulie s&rsquo;accorde tr\u00e8s bien avec ce classique des p\u00e2tes, mais un Pinot Grigio est \u00e9galement parfait.
