Au lieu de la chapelure, nous avons utilis\u00e9 de la polenta pour la cro\u00fbte croustillante. Cela fonctionne vraiment tr\u00e8s bien !<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez beaucoup de temps, voici un conseil : panez les b\u00e2tonnets et mettez-les au cong\u00e9lateur pendant quelques heures.
