P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te (\u00e0 la main ou avec un robot de cuisine) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle devienne lisse. Cela peut prendre 10 minutes. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saupoudrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la p\u00e2te de farine et la couvrir d&rsquo;un torchon humide. Laisser reposer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que son volume double.
