Absolument d\u00e9licieux et tr\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">\n<li>400 g de p\u00e2tes ( , par exemple, Vesuvio)<\/li>\n<li>4 saucisses Salsiccia  (, pour un total d&rsquo;environ 280 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon rouge<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>1 piment rouge<\/li>\n<li>2 branches de romarin<\/li>\n<li>100 ml de Pinot Grigio<\/li>\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de tomates San Marzano<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de concentr\u00e9 de tomate<\/li>\n<li>2 boules de Burrata<\/li>\n<li>1 bouquet de basilic<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>poivre noir (, fra\u00eechement moulu)<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n<li>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail. Coupez l&rsquo;oignon en lamelles, hachez l&rsquo;ail et le piment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Mixez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les tomates San Marzano dans un bol haut avec un mixeur plongeant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Pour la sauce, chauffez une grande po\u00eale. Retirez la peau de la Salsiccia et faites revenir dans la po\u00eale. Avec une cuill\u00e8re, s\u00e9parez en gros morceaux. (Pas besoin d&rsquo;ajouter de l&rsquo;huile pour cela.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Au bout d&rsquo;environ 5 minutes, ajoutez les oignons et faites-les revenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient translucides. Ajoutez \u00e9galement l&rsquo;ail, le piment et les branches de romarin. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lorsque tout a pris une belle couleur, ajoutez le concentr\u00e9 de tomate et d\u00e9glacez avec le vin blanc apr\u00e8s 2-3 minutes. Lorsque le vin blanc s&rsquo;est \u00e9vapor\u00e9, ajoutez les tomates San Marzanos et laissez r\u00e9duire la sauce pendant 5 minutes. Go\u00fbtez la sauce et, si n\u00e9cessaire, rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement en sel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, faites cuire les p\u00e2tes al dente dans une grande casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00c9gouttez les p\u00e2tes cuites, ajoutez-les \u00e0 la sauce et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Versez les p\u00e2tes dans un plat de service pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9, garnissez avec les boules de Burrata et le basilic, et finissez avec quelques gouttes d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<div data-sku=\"78174,77099,81071,71370\" data-name=\"78174,77099,81071,71370\" class=\"wp-block-gustini-products-sku\"><\/div>\n<h2>Salsiccia et Burrata &#8211; authentiquement italiens<\/h2>\n<p>Ce plat est vraiment d\u00e9licieux &#8211; mais il fonctionne uniquement avec des ingr\u00e9dients v\u00e9ritablement italiens. <\/p>\n<p>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui rend la <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Salsiccia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Salsiccia<\/a> si sp\u00e9ciale ? On ne peut tout simplement pas comparer la Salsiccia aux saucisses \u00e0 tartiner allemandes. La texture grossi\u00e8re est similaire, mais l&rsquo;assaisonnement de la Salsiccia est unique et incomparable.<\/p>\n<p>La Burrata, quant \u00e0 elle, est presque la petite s\u0153ur de la Mozzarella. De l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, le fromage ressemble exactement \u00e0 la Mozzarella.
