En principe, on peut \u00e9galement produire des tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es enti\u00e8rement sans sel. Chez Gustini, nous recommandons de parsemer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les surfaces coup\u00e9es des tomates avec du gros sel de mer. Cela aide \u00e0 extraire plus rapidement l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 du l\u00e9gume et ajoute du go\u00fbt. Cependant, si vous aimez les aliments sal\u00e9s, vous pouvez \u00e9galement saupoudrer les tomates g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement avec du sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conserver les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;huile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous souhaitez affiner vos tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es ou les conserver plus longtemps, pourquoi ne pas les placer dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive ? Ajoutez simplement avec de l&rsquo;ail, des c\u00e2pres ou des herbes m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes dans un bocal et fermez le couvercle.
