Coup\u00e9s en petits morceaux, les Strombolis sont parfaits pour un buffet, un pique-nique ou m\u00eame dans une bo\u00eete \u00e0 lunch. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la p\u00e2te<\/h4>\n<ul itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">\n<li>500 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>7 g de levure s\u00e8che<\/li>\n<li>2 EL d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<li>250 ml d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la garniture<\/h4>\n<ul itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">\n<li>50 g d&rsquo;olives<\/li>\n<li>125 g de mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>10 tomates cerises<\/li>\n<li>1 courgette<\/li>\n<li>6 tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>30 g de pignons de pin (, torr\u00e9fi\u00e9s dans une po\u00eale)<\/li>\n<li>20 feuilles de basilic<\/li>\n<li>3 EL de tomates pass\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>50 g de parmesan (, r\u00e2p\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<h4>La p\u00e2te<\/h4>\n<ol itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n<li>\n<p>Tamisez la farine sur un plan de travail et faites un puits au milieu avec la main ou une cuill\u00e8re. Ajoutez-y l&rsquo;huile, la levure pr\u00e9alablement dissoute dans un peu d&rsquo;eau et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>P\u00e9trissez bien la p\u00e2te et formez une boule lisse. Mettez la boule dans un bol, couvrez avec un torchon et laissez-la reposer une \u00e0 deux heures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>La garniture<\/h4>\n<ol itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n<li>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture en coupant les olives et les tomates cerises en deux, en coupant finement la mozzarella, la courgette et les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. M\u00e9langez le tout dans un grand saladier avec les tomates pass\u00e9es, les pignons de pin, le parmesan et le basilic.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Former et cuire les Stromboli<\/h4>\n<ol itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n<li>\n<p>Une fois la p\u00e2te repos\u00e9e, sortez-la du bol, p\u00e9trissez-la encore quelques minutes et divisez-la en quatre parties. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Formez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de vos paumes un rectangle d&rsquo;environ 17 x 24 cm avec chaque morceau de p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>R\u00e9partissez la garniture sur la p\u00e2te en laissant un bord d&rsquo;environ 6 cm tout autour.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Incisez maintenant la p\u00e2te tous les 2 cm du bord jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la garniture. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Repliez ensuite les bandes de p\u00e2te sur la garniture et laissez reposer la roule sous un torchon humide pendant encore 20 minutes.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Faites cuire les Stromboli pendant 25-30 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0 C dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n<blockquote>\n<p>Avez-vous des questions concernant cette recette de Stromboli ou souhaitez-vous partager votre propre astuce de cuisine avec nous ?
