Couper les exc\u00e9dents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00c9taler de nouveau la p\u00e2te restante et d\u00e9couper des bandes de p\u00e2te de 2 cm de large. Elles formeront le grillage typique de la Crostata.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ajouter le zeste de citron au lait dans une casserole et le faire chauffer lentement. ATTENTION : ne pas le laisser bouillir !<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Dans un bol, fouetter le sucre et les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs, ajouter la farine et la f\u00e9cule tamis\u00e9es et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ajouter un peu de lait chaud au m\u00e9lange sucre-\u0153uf-f\u00e9cule, bien m\u00e9langer puis verser cette pr\u00e9paration dans le lait. Continuer \u00e0 chauffer en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe comme une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re. Ensuite, couvrir de film plastique et laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Piquer la p\u00e2te dans le moule avec une fourchette et y verser la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Disposer les bandes de p\u00e2te en formant un grillage sur la tarte. Ce <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Crostata\">g\u00e2teau<\/a> est donc associ\u00e9 pour presque tous les Italiens \u00e0 des souvenirs d&rsquo;enfance et est un v\u00e9ritable confort alimentaire, souvent d\u00e9gust\u00e9 au petit d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n<p>Une Crostata est en quelque sorte la version italienne d&rsquo;une tarte fran\u00e7aise.
