{"id":1879,"date":"2020-03-27T11:39:50","date_gmt":"2020-03-27T10:39:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gustini.fr\/blog\/generalites\/pizza-burrata-alla-margherita\/"},"modified":"2020-03-27T11:39:50","modified_gmt":"2020-03-27T10:39:50","slug":"pizza-burrata-alla-margherita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gustini.fr\/blog\/recettes-italiennes-favorites\/pizza-burrata-alla-margherita\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizza Burrata &#8211; Alla Margherita"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--WPRM Recipe 15181--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\" itemscope itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/Recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\" itemprop=\"name\">Pizza Burrata<\/h2>\n<p>\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gustini.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Burrata-Pizza-Uebersicht-150x150.jpg\" itemprop=\"image\"\/>\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<p itemprop=\"description\">Une Pizza Margherita avec de la Burrata et de la Roquette \u00e0 la place de la Mozzarella et du Basilic. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\" itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">\n<h4>Pour la p\u00e2te<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5 g de levure (fra\u00eeche)<\/li>\n<li>500 g de farine (type 00)<\/li>\n<li>350 ml d&rsquo;eau froide<\/li>\n<li>15 g de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Garniture<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de tomates San Marzano<\/li>\n<li>4 boules de Burrata (sinon Mozzarella)<\/li>\n<li>200 g de tomates cerises<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>100 g de roquette<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n<h4>Pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Dissoudre le sel dans l&rsquo;eau froide. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tamiser la farine dans un bol p\u00e9trisseur et ensuite frotter la levure avec les mains dans la farine.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Incorporer progressivement l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e dans la farine jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te. P\u00e9trir cette p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9 pendant environ 15 minutes. Couvrir ensuite avec un linge humide et laisser reposer pendant 6-8 heures dans un endroit frais.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Peu avant la fin du temps de repos, pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 sa temp\u00e9rature maximale pendant au moins 30 minutes. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Garnir et cuire la pizza<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Laver la roquette et les tomates, puis couper les tomates cerises en quarts. Couper une boule de Burrata en deux et en faire des lani\u00e8res ou des petits cubes. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00c9goutter les tomates en bo\u00eete et les \u00e9craser finement avec une fourchette.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Diviser la p\u00e2te en trois parts \u00e9gales et former une pizza ronde avec chacune.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00c9taler les tomates broy\u00e9es sur les pizzas, garnir avec les lani\u00e8res de Burrata et la moiti\u00e9 des tomates coup\u00e9es, puis verser 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive sur chacune.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Cuire les pizzas l&rsquo;une apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;autre dans le four jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es, environ 6 minutes. Garnir chaque pizza avec des tomates fra\u00eeches et de la roquette, puis placer une boule de Burrata au centre.
