Une salade d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 rafra\u00eechissante et une excellente id\u00e9e pour utiliser les restes de pain. <\/p>\t\n    <\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<ul itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\"><li>1 Ciabatta<\/li><li>8 Tomates grappes<\/li><li>1 \u00c9chalote<\/li><li>1 Concombre<\/li><li>2 Boules de mozzarella<\/li><li>100 g de roquette<\/li><li>8 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><li>2 cs de condimento balsamico bianco<\/li><li>Sel<\/li><li>Poivre<\/li><li>50 g de parmesan<\/li><li>1 Botte de basilic<\/li><\/ul>\t\n    <\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<ol itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><li><p>\u00c9plucher l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et la couper en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Peler \u00e9galement le concombre, puis le couper en gros d\u00e9s. Couper de m\u00eame les tomates et la mozzarella en gros d\u00e9s. <\/p><\/li><li><p>Couper le ciabatta en gros d\u00e9s et les faire dorer dans 4 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une grande po\u00eale jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une couleur dor\u00e9e. Toutefois, dans la version originale, le pain n&rsquo;est pas grill\u00e9 mais tremp\u00e9 puis \u00e9miett\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, cette salade de pain a gagn\u00e9 en notori\u00e9t\u00e9 et en popularit\u00e9. De nombreux chefs ont apport\u00e9 leur touche personnelle au plat. Tomates et concombres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s, thon, olives ou c\u00e2pres se retrouvent dans les recettes, mais aussi du ma\u00efs, des saucisses, de la mozzarella ou des haricots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La variation la plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre est certainement celle d\u00e9crite ici avec du pain grill\u00e9.
