Un d\u00e9licieux plat italien pour les jours plus froids.<\/p> <\/p>\n    <div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n        <ul itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\"><li>3 saucisses Salsiccia<\/li><li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/li><li>1 petit oignon<\/li><li>350 g de riz Carnaroli<\/li><li>100 ml de vin blanc (sec)<\/li><li>500 ml de bouillon de b\u0153uf ou de l\u00e9gumes (chaud)<\/li><li>1 bouquet de persil plat (petit)<\/li><li>100 g de parmesan<\/li><li>40 g de beurre<\/li><li>Sel<\/li><li>Poivre<\/li><\/ul> <\/div>\n    <div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n        <ol itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><li><p>Extraire la chair des saucisses Salsiccia. Faire revenir avec une gousse d&rsquo;ail pel\u00e9e dans 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit croustillante. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Hacher finement l&rsquo;oignon et le faire revenir dans 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une grande casserole. Lorsque les oignons deviennent translucides, ajouter le riz et faire revenir pendant 1 minute. D\u00e9glacer ensuite avec le vin blanc.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ajouter la Salsiccia dans la casserole et bien m\u00e9langer. Ensuite, progressivement, louche apr\u00e8s louche, mouiller le risotto avec le bouillon tout en remuant tr\u00e8s souvent pour \u00e9viter que le riz colle au fond.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Assaisonner le risotto avec du sel et du poivre.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Hacher le persil et r\u00e2per le parmesan. R\u00e9server un peu de parmesan et de persil pour la garniture. Juste avant la fin de la cuisson, lorsque les grains de riz sont presque cuits, incorporer les deux, ainsi que le beurre.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Servir dans des assiettes. Assaisonner avec du poivre grossi\u00e8rement moulu et saupoudrer de parmesan.
