Cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la plus productive. Elle convient bien aux jardiniers amateurs de tomates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de semer les graines de fin f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 fin mars sur le rebord de la fen\u00eatre ou sous des lumi\u00e8res de croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature de germination optimale se situe entre 20 et 25\u00b0 C. Avant de planter les jeunes pousses, il est recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;incorporer du compost dans le sol en tant qu&rsquo;engrais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En plein champ ou sous serre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La tomate San Marzano s&rsquo;adapte bien aux conditions climatiques nordiques, mais pr\u00e9f\u00e8re naturellement un climat chaud et temp\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, la culture en plein champ est possible lors des \u00e9t\u00e9s secs, mais il existe un risque de mildiou pendant les \u00e9t\u00e9s pluvieux. Si possible, il est conseill\u00e9 de cultiver la San Marzano sous serre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entretien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Paille bien les plantes avec du compost, de la paille ou du film plastique afin que la pluie ou l&rsquo;eau d&rsquo;arrosage ne projette pas de spores de champignons sur les feuilles. \u00c9claircie les tomates r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et attache-les doucement sur un tuteur pour un d\u00e9veloppement stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">San Marzano en cuisine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est une tomate id\u00e9ale pour les salades et parfaite pour cuisiner des sauces tomates. L&rsquo;industrie alimentaire, par exemple, privil\u00e9gie les San Marzano pour la production de tomates en conserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les San Marzanos ont peu de graines, ne sont pas aqueuses mais ont une chair ferme et sucr\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est seulement \u00e0 la cuisson que les tomates r\u00e9v\u00e8lent toute leur saveur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Napolitains sont d&rsquo;ailleurs fermement convaincus qu&rsquo;une v\u00e9ritable pizza napolitaine n\u00e9cessite exclusivement des tomates San Marzano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PS.
