Couper \u00e9galement la Burrata en d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Faire revenir le riz dans une petite casserole avec 1 c. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit translucide. Ajouter ensuite progressivement le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes. Laisser mijoter 15 \u00e0 18 minutes pour obtenir un risotto cr\u00e9meux.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant que le risotto mijote, m\u00e9langer 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja et l&rsquo;origan pour pr\u00e9parer une marinade. Frire les d\u00e9s d&rsquo;aubergine pan\u00e9s 3-4 minutes dans l&rsquo;huile chaude. Les laisser \u00e9goutter sur du papier absorbant puis les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la marinade.<\/li>\n<li>Faire sauter les crevettes dans une po\u00eale avec 1 c. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient translucides au centre.
