Elle provient des fr\u00e8res Susta de la pizzeria Fiocco di Volla \u00e0 Naples.<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe--><br \/>\n<strong> Dur\u00e9e :<\/strong> 25 heures<br \/>\n<strong> Pour :<\/strong> 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p><strong> Ingr\u00e9dients pour la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza sans gluten :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 1 kg de Fiore Glut <a href=\"\/caputo-fiore-glut.html\">farine sans gluten<\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; 800 ml d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd cube de levure fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n&#8211; 25 g de sel<br \/>\n&#8211; 30 ml d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n<strong> Ingr\u00e9dients pour le garnissage par pizza :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g de tomates San Marzano, pur\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g de mozzarella de bufflonne DOP<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 feuilles de basilic frais<br \/>\n&#8211; Parmesan au go\u00fbt<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11040\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11040\" style=\"width: 450px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-11040\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Pizza-Mehl-450x450.jpg\" alt=\"P\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza sans gluten\" width=\"450\" height=\"450\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11040\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">P\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza sans gluten<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong> Pr\u00e9paration de la pizza sans gluten :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1. Mettez la farine Fiore Glut dans le bol du m\u00e9langeur et m\u00e9langez-la bien avec le sel.<\/li>\n<li>2. Dissolvez la levure en remuant dans un peu d&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li>3. Ajoutez le reste de l&rsquo;eau, la levure dissoute et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 la farine dans le bol du m\u00e9langeur. P\u00e9trissez vigoureusement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te souple. Cela fonctionne particuli\u00e8rement bien avec un robot de cuisine.<\/li>\n<li>4. Divisez la p\u00e2te en 6 portions de 300g chacune. Formez des petites boules sur une surface de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e avec la farine Fiore Glut, enduisez-les l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d&rsquo;huile et enveloppez chaque boule dans du film plastique. Ensuite, placez les boules de p\u00e2te au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 24 heures.<\/li>\n<li>5. Le lendemain, formez une pizza \u00e0 partir de chaque boule de p\u00e2te sur la surface de travail \u00e0 nouveau l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e avec la farine Fiore Glut. Pour ce faire, appuyez sur la p\u00e2te avec les mains du centre vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur pour lui donner la forme typique d&rsquo;une pizza.<\/li>\n<li>6. Garnissez chaque pizza de quelques cuiller\u00e9es de tomates San Marzano pur\u00e9es, de tranches de mozzarella, de basilic, et si vous le souhaitez, de parmigiano fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>6.
