La tradition de la Pizza napolitaine est toutefois bien plus ancienne que celle de la Margherita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pizza Marinara &#8211; la grande s\u0153ur de la Margherita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Son histoire commence au milieu du XIX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. Les premi\u00e8res archives \u00e9crites datent de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 1843. L&rsquo;\u00e9crivain fran\u00e7ais <strong>Alexandre Dumas<\/strong> raconte dans des notes de voyage que les Lazzaroni, les Napolitains particuli\u00e8rement <strong>pauvres<\/strong>, mangent de la Pizza, une sorte de <strong>pain rond avec des tomates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1866, l&rsquo;\u00e9crivain italien Francesco de Bourcard d\u00e9crit dans son ouvrage <em>Usi e Costumi di Napoli<\/em> pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 qui est aujourd&rsquo;hui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre sous le nom de Pizza Marinara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une Pizza Marinara est <strong>beaucoup plus simple<\/strong> que sa grande s\u0153ur, la Margherita. L&rsquo;<strong>originale<\/strong> est compos\u00e9e de <strong>tomates, d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, d&rsquo;ail et d\u2019origan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceux qui associent le mot <em>Marinara<\/em> aux fruits de mer ou quelque chose de similaire ont tort. Les anchois \u00e9taient \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque un luxe que seuls les riches pouvaient se permettre. La Pizza a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e ainsi parce que ce f\u00fbt initialement le <strong>plat des p\u00eacheurs et des marins<\/strong>. Tous les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e9taient bien conserv\u00e9s et le plat pouvait \u00e9galement \u00eatre cuit dans un four \u00e0 bord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un sanctuaire culinaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce jour, la <strong>tradition<\/strong> de la Pizza Marinara reste indissociable de Naples.
