Devant le ciel printanier d&rsquo;un bleu p\u00e2le, une mer de fleurs aux tons roses d\u00e9licats ondule au vent. Particuli\u00e8rement sur la c\u00f4te sud de l&rsquo;\u00eele, dans la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;Agrigente, s&rsquo;\u00e9tendent d&rsquo;immenses plantations d&rsquo;amandiers.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8516\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8516\" style=\"width: 450px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Mandelbl\u00fcte_Sizilien.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8516 size-large\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Mandelbl\u00fcte_Sizilien.jpg\" alt=\"Mandelbl\u00fcte_Sizilien\" width=\"450\" height=\"239\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8516\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mandorla signifie amande en italien.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Pour la floraison des amandiers en Sicile : Conseil de voyage en fin d&rsquo;hiver<\/h2>\n<p>Tout pr\u00e8s se trouve la Vall\u00e9e des Temples : ce lieu mythique avec ses ruines antiques d&rsquo;un pass\u00e9 r\u00e9volu, o\u00f9 les Grecs anciens maintenaient une colonie. Ceux qui se prom\u00e8nent parmi les temples et les innombrables petits amandiers, sous la chaleur, peuvent sentir le parfum des fleurs d&rsquo;amandier. Entre le 1er et le 2\u00e8me dimanche de f\u00e9vrier se d\u00e9roule chaque ann\u00e9e la f\u00eate de la floraison des amandiers, <em>Sagra del Mandorlo<\/em>, un point culminant culturel.<\/p>\n<h2>Les amandes sont typiques de la cuisine sicilienne<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8515\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8515\" style=\"width: 360px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Cantuccini-Vino-Mandorla.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8515 size-full\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Cantuccini-Vino-Mandorla.jpg\" alt=\"Cantuccini-Vino-Mandorla\" width=\"360\" height=\"539\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8515\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Un classique du dessert : Cantuccini et Crema alle Mandorle<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L&rsquo;amandier est cultiv\u00e9 depuis 4000 ans. Il existe des centaines de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s dans le monde, et rien qu&rsquo;en Sicile, il y a plus de 30 types d&rsquo;amandes. La plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre provient de la ville d\u2019Avola, \u00e9galement connue pour son fameux vin rouge, le Nero d\u2019Avola. L&rsquo;amande d&rsquo;Avola est utilis\u00e9e dans les p\u00e2tisseries de l&rsquo;\u00eele pour cr\u00e9er de d\u00e9licieuses sucreries.
