Coupez un ciabatta ou une baguette en tranches d&rsquo;environ un demi-centim\u00e8tre d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Disposez-les sur une plaque de cuisson et arrosez-les d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Il existe une mani\u00e8re incroyablement simple et d\u00e9licieuse de savourer ce mozzarella de luxe. Faites simplement cuire vos p\u00e2tes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es, effilochez les sacs de Burrata avec les doigts en gros morceaux, \u00e9gouttez les p\u00e2tes, m\u00e9langez le fromage frais et cr\u00e9meux avec les p\u00e2tes chaudes et fumantes et savourez le r\u00e9sultat cr\u00e9meux. Vous pouvez enrichir le plat avec des herbes fra\u00eechement hach\u00e9es, un filet de la meilleure huile d&rsquo;olive, ainsi que du sel et du poivre. Une sauce tomate l\u00e9g\u00e8re se marie \u00e9galement bien.<\/p>\n<h3>Pour le dessert : Panna Cotta au romarin<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du Tiramisu, la Panna Cotta est probablement LE classique parmi les desserts italiens. Panna Cotta signifie litt\u00e9ralement \u00abcr\u00e8me cuite\u00bb. Vous pouvez cr\u00e9er cette d\u00e9licatesse avec tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients. Une conclusion parfaite pour le menu blanc !<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez besoin de : 1 l de cr\u00e8me, 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de brins de romarin, 80g de sucre, 6 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/p>\n<p>Faites tremper les feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans un peu d&rsquo;eau froide puis essorez-les. Faites cuire la cr\u00e8me avec les brins de romarin et le sucre, et laissez le tout mijoter pendant 15 minutes en remuant. Retirez ensuite la casserole du feu, filtrez la cr\u00e8me pour retirer le romarin et dissolvez-y la g\u00e9latine. Versez ensuite la cr\u00e8me dans des moules et mettez-les au frais pour quelques heures. D\u00e9moulez la Panna Cotta sur une assiette.
