Rien de plus facile ! Ce Pandoro en forme d&rsquo;\u00e9toile est une d\u00e9licieuse recette de No\u00ebl ! Et le meilleur : la recette est tellement simple que <strong>m\u00eame les cuisiniers et les p\u00e2tissiers novices r\u00e9ussiront \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr<\/strong>. Cela prend <strong>seulement 20 minutes !<\/strong> Je propose ici la garniture italienne classique \u00e0 base de cr\u00e8me mascarpone. Si cela vous semble d\u00e9j\u00e0 trop compliqu\u00e9, remplacez simplement la cr\u00e8me par de la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e. L&rsquo;<strong>effet visuel \u00e9poustouflant<\/strong> reste malgr\u00e9 tout garanti !<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Pandoro-Stern.jpg\" alt=\"Image du Pandoro \u00e9toile1\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14095\"><\/p>\n<h2>Le Pandoro \u00e9toile : Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 <a title=\"...un g\u00e2teau italien de No\u00ebl\" href=\"\/sortiment\/suesses-und-gebaeck\/panettone-und-pandoro.html\">Pandoro<\/a><\/li>\n<li>100 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>4 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>250 g de mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de <a title=\"...un vin de dessert italien\" href=\"\/sortiment\/wein-prosecco-italien\/dessertwein.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marsala<\/a> ou autre <a title=\"...un vin de dessert italien\" href=\"\/sortiment\/wein-prosecco-italien\/dessertwein.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vin de dessert<\/a><\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9coration \u00e0 votre convenance, par exemple des copeaux de chocolat, des framboises, des perles de sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Le Pandoro \u00e9toile : Ustensiles<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 grands bols<\/li>\n<li>Batteur \u00e9lectrique<\/li>\n<li>Douille \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie<\/li>\n<li>un grand couteau<\/li>\n<li>un grand plateau de pr\u00e9sentation attrayant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Pandoro-Stern-02.jpg\" alt=\"Image du Pandoro \u00e9toile2\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14092\"><\/p>\n<h2>&nbsp;Le Pandoro \u00e9toile : Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Avec le grand couteau, coupez le <a title=\"Pandoro \u2013 Pain dor\u00e9\" href=\"\/blog\/rezept-italien\/italienische-gebaecke-zur-weihnachtszeit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pandoro<\/a> transversalement pour obtenir 5 tranches \u00e9gales en forme d&rsquo;\u00e9toile.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9parez les \u0153ufs en jaunes et en blancs.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et le sucre avec le fouet du batteur \u00e9lectrique jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne mousseux.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez ensuite le Marsala et la mascarpone. Continuez \u00e0 battre le m\u00e9lange jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit lisse.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un autre bol, battez les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs en neige ferme. Incorporez d\u00e9licatement les blancs en neige \u00e0 la mixture de mascarpone, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez la cr\u00e8me dans la douille \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/li>\n<li>Prenez le socle du Pandoro, placez-le sur le plateau et avec la douille \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, suivez une fois le contour du g\u00e2teau de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 dessiner les contours ext\u00e9rieurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9toile avec la garniture mascarpone. Puis, remplissez l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;\u00e9toile avec la cr\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<li>Prenez la tranche suivante la plus petite et placez-la sur la base du g\u00e2teau de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que les pointes avec la cr\u00e8me mascarpone restent visibles. Sur cette deuxi\u00e8me tranche de g\u00e2teau, dessinez d&rsquo;abord l&rsquo;\u00e9toile avec la cr\u00e8me, puis remplissez l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li>Continuez avec la tranche de g\u00e2teau suivante en la pla\u00e7ant de nouveau de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que les pointes avec la cr\u00e8me mascarpone restent visibles. Et puis superposez le g\u00e2teau de cette mani\u00e8re. \u00c0 la fin, il ressemblera \u00e0 un petit sapin aux pointes couvertes de neige.<\/li>\n<li>Sur la pi\u00e8ce sup\u00e9rieure, \u00e9talez le reste de la cr\u00e8me et d\u00e9corez selon vos go\u00fbts : avec des copeaux de chocolat, des perles de sucre ou des fruits frais, comme des framboises !
