Depuis lors, cette journ\u00e9e est c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e aux alentours du 25 octobre, rendant hommage au monde des p\u00e2tes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette occasion, j&rsquo;ai rassembl\u00e9 pour vous tous les conseils et astuces n\u00e9cessaires pour cuisiner de d\u00e9licieuses p\u00e2tes al dente. Les p\u00e2tes doivent pouvoir danser dans l&rsquo;eau, selon les Nonnas italiennes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez le sel une fois que l&rsquo;eau boue !<\/li>\n<li>Ne soyez pas avare en sel !
