Je suis un <strong>fromage \u00e0 p\u00e2te dure granuleuse<\/strong> et un Italien typique !<\/h2>\n<p>Mon nom est Grana Padano ! <strong>Grana<\/strong>, comme le <strong>grain<\/strong>, <strong>Padano<\/strong>, comme le <strong>nord de l&rsquo;Italie<\/strong> et la plaine du P\u00f4. Lorsque vous parlez de moi, <strong>veuillez toujours mentionner mon pr\u00e9nom ET mon nom de famille<\/strong> ! En effet, je ne peux \u00eatre produit que dans quelques provinces du nord de l&rsquo;Italie ! Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas tout pour le sceau DOP. J&rsquo;ai m\u00eame un propre <strong>consortium de protection<\/strong>. Je vais juste vous r\u00e9v\u00e9ler ceci : je suis issu du bon <strong>lait cru de la plaine du P\u00f4<\/strong>. De plus, des <strong>cuves en cuivre<\/strong>, une bact\u00e9rie sp\u00e9ciale et incontestablement un <strong>ma\u00eetre fromager exp\u00e9riment\u00e9<\/strong> sont impliqu\u00e9s !<\/p>\n<p>Une fois venu au monde, j&rsquo;ai besoin de beaucoup de <strong>temps pour m&rsquo;affiner<\/strong> ! Vous pouvez trouver du Grana Padano dans les variantes <a title=\"... Grana Padano \u00e2g\u00e9 de 10 mois\" href=\"\/grana-padano-dop-10-mesi.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>jeune<\/strong><\/a>, <a title=\"... Grana Padano \u00e2g\u00e9 de 15-18 mois\" href=\"\/grana-padano-riserva-dop-20-mesi.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>mi-vieux<\/strong><\/a> et en version <strong><a title=\"... Grana Padano \u00e2g\u00e9 de 20 mois\" href=\"\/grana-padano-riserva-dop-20-mesi.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Riserva<\/a><\/strong>. Plus je vieillis, plus je d\u00e9veloppe de caract\u00e8re et de saveur. Brisez-moi plut\u00f4t avec un couteau court et en forme d&rsquo;amande en morceaux ! En morceaux, je me marie bien avec votre salade. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement me manger juste comme \u00e7a, \u00e0 la main. Une goutte d&rsquo;aceto balsamico me convient extr\u00eamement bien. Mais vous pouvez aussi me r\u00e2per ou me tailler ! \u00c0 tout moment ! Tr\u00e8s volontiers ! <strong>Car ce que je d\u00e9sire par-dessus tout, c&rsquo;est embrasser vos p\u00e2tes !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PS :<\/strong> \u00c0 la recherche du meilleur Grana Padano, les foodscouts de Gustini m&rsquo;ont d\u00e9couvert pour vous avec leurs nez fins. Mes coll\u00e8gues, vous pouvez les trouver au supermarch\u00e9. Mais si vous voulez go\u00fbter ce que je donne quand un ma\u00eetre fromager aimant m&rsquo;a choy\u00e9 et peaufin\u00e9 pendant de longs mois, alors vous pouvez le faire <strong><a title=\"...
