Je parle ici de Sanbitt\u00e8r. Depuis 1961, cette limonade am\u00e8re, produite par Sanpellegrino, rafra\u00eechit les Italiens et les visiteurs de l&rsquo;Italie. C\u2019est en cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0, en effet, que SanPellegrino inventa la boisson rafra\u00eechissante et la baptisa <em>Bitter Sanpellegrino<\/em>. Elle est compos\u00e9e de l&rsquo;eau min\u00e9rale que SanPellegrino embouteille depuis 1899, ainsi que de fruits d&rsquo;agrumes et d&rsquo;herbes aromatiques alpines. En 1980, Sanbitter Dry a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit. Avec ses notes plus douces, il vise un public f\u00e9minin. Peu de temps apr\u00e8s, <em>Sanbitt\u00e8r Dor\u00e9<\/em> ou Sanbitter Gold, une variante \u00ab\u00a0dor\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e, tandis que le classique Sanbitter et Sanbitter Dry ont une couleur rouge\u00e2tre. Pour un ap\u00e9ritif Sanbitt\u00e8r Happy Hour, m\u00e9langez \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales le vin blanc ou le champagne avec Sanbitt\u00e8r. Pour un Sanbitt\u00e8r Aranciata (Orange), il vous faut du Sanbitt\u00e8r, de la Sanpellegrino Aranciata et du vin blanc dans un rapport de 2:5:3, et servez-le avec une tranche d&rsquo;orange. Markus Weidenfeller du BAR DEVILS \u00e0 Wiesbaden utilise pour son cocktail Sweethearts 4 cl de Sanbitter, 1 zeste de citron, 4 cl de Punt e Mes, 2 gouttes d&rsquo;Orange Bitter. Pour la pr\u00e9paration, un verre Tumbler est rempli de gla\u00e7ons, puis les ingr\u00e9dients (\u00e0 l&rsquo;exception du zeste de citron) sont ajout\u00e9s et remu\u00e9s avec une cuill\u00e8re de bar pendant 20-30 secondes avant d&rsquo;asperger avec le zeste de citron. Ensuite, frottez le bord du verre avec le zeste et versez le tout dans un verre.
