Mais ce ne sont pas seulement la bistecca et la salsiccia (steak italien et saucisses grill\u00e9es italiennes) qui prennent place sur la grille \u2013 le fromage \u00e0 griller est de plus en plus au menu. Et pas seulement pour les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens ; de nombreux \u00ab carnivores \u00bb se laissent \u00e9galement s\u00e9duire par les ar\u00f4mes de torr\u00e9faction du fromage. Les plus connus sont le halloumi de Chypre et le hellim turc. Le halloumi n&rsquo;est pas seulement consomm\u00e9 lors des f\u00eates barbecue, mais ce fromage savoureux fait \u00e9galement partie du petit-d\u00e9jeuner chypriote avec des \u0153ufs au plat. Contrairement au halloumi, qui garde largement sa forme lors de la grillade et de la friture, le Casutin \u00e9clate et fond s&rsquo;il est chauff\u00e9 trop longuement.
