Cette boisson intens\u00e9ment color\u00e9e est particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9pandue en Italie, surtout en <a title=\"R\u00e9gion V\u00e9n\u00e9tie chez gustini.de\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=regionendetail&amp;region=20\">V\u00e9n\u00e9tie<\/a>, au <a title=\"R\u00e9gion Frioul-V\u00e9n\u00e9tie Julienne chez gustini.de\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=regionendetail&amp;region=06\">Frioul<\/a> et dans le <a title=\"R\u00e9gion Trentin-Haut-Adige sur gustini.de\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=regionendetail&amp;region=18\">Trentin-Haut-Adige<\/a>. Cependant, il est d\u00e9sormais \u00e9galement connu en Autriche et en Allemagne. Le nom d\u00e9rive de l&rsquo;appellation autrichienne pour un spritzer, \u00e0 savoir <em>Gespritzter<\/em>. Il existe diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de pr\u00e9parer le Sprizz. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;un <a title=\"Commander du vin blanc italien\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/sortiment\/wein-und-prosecco.html\">vin blanc<\/a> v\u00e9nitien, d&rsquo;eau gazeuse et d&rsquo;une spiritueuse intens\u00e9ment color\u00e9e. Cela peut \u00eatre du Campari (<em>Sprizz al bitter<\/em>), du Cynar ou de l&rsquo;Aperol (<em>all\u2019Aperol<\/em>). Au lieu du m\u00e9lange de vin blanc et d&rsquo;eau de Seltz, on peut aussi utiliser du Prosecco, qui est \u00e9galement originaire de V\u00e9n\u00e9tie.<br \/>\nOn suppose que les troupes autrichiennes en V\u00e9n\u00e9tie ont invent\u00e9 le m\u00e9lange, diluant le vin blanc fortement alcoolis\u00e9 de V\u00e9n\u00e9tie avec de l&rsquo;eau pour ensuite le \u00ab renforcer \u00bb \u00e0 nouveau avec des spiritueuses color\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7411\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7411\" style=\"width: 425px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7411\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/2014-06_Spriz.jpg\" alt=\"aperol Spritz\" width=\"425\" height=\"425\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7411\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Aperol Spritz<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Noms alternatifs pour le Sprizz<\/h2>\n<p>Comme le Sprizz est probablement originaire de Venise, il est appel\u00e9 Veneziano en Sud-Tyrol. Une orthographe plus \u00ab allemande \u00bb est Spritz, mais on trouve \u00e9galement Spriz, Spriss et Sprisseto dans les menus et le langage courant. La combinaison Spritz Venetiano est \u00e9galement possible. Dans le Frioul (surtout dans la province de Pordenone), on utilise de l&rsquo;Aperol et de l&rsquo;eau gazeuse et on appelle le cocktail <em>Furlan<\/em>. L\u00e0, on le sert avec une olive verte. Cependant, le Spritz est souvent servi avec une tranche d&rsquo;orange.<br \/>\nPlus on se rapproche de l&rsquo;Autriche, plus la probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser un vin blanc autrichien au lieu d&rsquo;un italien est grande.<\/p>\n<h2>Variantes de Spritz<\/h2>\n<p>La popularit\u00e9 du Spritz a conduit au d\u00e9veloppement de davantage de variantes, comme on peut le voir par exemple sur le site web d&rsquo;Aperol. On y trouve une recette d&rsquo;Aperol Ginger Spritz, compos\u00e9e de 4 cl d&rsquo;Aperol, 5 cl de Ginger Ale, 2 cl de Prosecco, le jus d&rsquo;une demi-lime, des gla\u00e7ons et des b\u00e2tonnets de concombre (!).
