Ce cocktail se compose de <a title=\"Commander du Prosecco DOC\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/sortiment\/wein-und-prosecco\/prosecco-und-spumante.html\">Prosecco<\/a> et de la pulpe de p\u00eaches blanches dans un ratio de 2:1. Naturellement, vu que le Prosecco est produit dans la r\u00e9gion de la V\u00e9n\u00e9tie, le Bellini a vu le jour dans cette r\u00e9gion du nord de l&rsquo;Italie, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 Venise. Le fondateur du Harry\u2019s Bar de Venise, Giuseppe Cipriani (1900\u20131980), est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme son inventeur. Le nom de ce bar semble atypique pour une Italie des ann\u00e9es 1920. Mais derri\u00e8re cela, se cache une histoire qui probablement ne pourrait plus se produire aujourd&rsquo;hui :<\/p>\n<h2>Le Harry\u2019s Bar \u00e0 Venise<\/h2>\n<p>Le jeune Am\u00e9ricain Harry Pickering voyagea en 1929 avec sa tante en Europe pour la Grand Tour et \u00e9tait un visiteur r\u00e9gulier du bar de l&rsquo;H\u00f4tel Europa. Le barman y \u00e9tait Giuseppe Cipriani. Selon la l\u00e9gende, un jour, Harry demanda 10.000 Lire \u00e0 Giuseppe parce que sa tante l\u2019avait abandonn\u00e9. Il promit de rembourser quoi qu\u2019il en soit. Giuseppe lui pr\u00eata l&rsquo;argent, sans s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 le revoir un jour. Pourtant, deux ans plus tard, Harry r\u00e9apparut, cette fois bien capable de rembourser sa dette. Par gratitude, il donna \u00e0 Giuseppe Cipriani assez d&rsquo;argent pour qu&rsquo;il puisse ouvrir son propre bar. En signe de gratitude, Giuseppe nomma le bar Harry\u2019s Bar.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7379\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7379\" style=\"width: 425px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7379\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Bellini.jpg\" alt=\"cocktail bellini\" width=\"425\" height=\"425\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7379\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cocktail Bellini<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Histoire du cocktail Bellini<\/h2>\n<p>Le Harry\u2019s Bar \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 des visiteurs am\u00e9ricains &#8211; les \u00e9crivains Ernest Hemingway, Sinclair Lewis et le r\u00e9alisateur Orson Welles \u00e9taient cens\u00e9s \u00eatre des clients r\u00e9guliers. Beaucoup d\u2019Am\u00e9ricains venaient au bar sur recommandation de Pickering, qui \u00e9tait exceptionnel en Europe avec son concept de servir exclusivement des cocktails. Naturellement, Giuseppe Cipriani devait de temps en temps inventer de nouveaux cocktails pour offrir quelque chose de nouveau \u00e0 ses clients. L&rsquo;un d&rsquo;eux \u00e9tait le Bellini. Il fut nomm\u00e9 ainsi par Cipriani en l&rsquo;honneur de l&rsquo;artiste v\u00e9nitien Giovanni Bellini.
