Salez et poivrez la viande, puis enroulez-la dans une tranche de jambon de Parme.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale et faites cuire la viande de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant 2\u20133 minutes. Versez le vin blanc et laissez mijoter le tout, couvert, pendant environ 10 minutes.
