Ajouter l&rsquo;ail et le faire revenir dans le beurre pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes. Ajouter les tomates et laisser mijoter pendant 5 minutes. Ajouter le vin, puis laisser mijoter \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert pendant 15 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 r\u00e9duction du vin.<br \/>\nFaire cuire les p\u00e2tes selon les instructions de l&#8217;emballage jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient al dente. Lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont presque pr\u00eates, chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Saisir la viande, 5 \u00e0 10 secondes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Ajouter la viande et le jus de la po\u00eale dans la casserole avec la sauce.
