La r\u00e9gion &#8211; en italien appel\u00e9e <em>Abruzzo<\/em> &#8211; dans le sud de l&rsquo;Italie est souvent d\u00e9crite comme le grenier \u00e0 bl\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Italie. Il n&rsquo;est donc pas surprenant que de nombreuses manufactures et usines de p\u00e2tes se soient implant\u00e9es ici. Il s&rsquo;agit avant tout du bl\u00e9 dur, utilis\u00e9 pour la fabrication des p\u00e2tes du sud de l&rsquo;Italie. Il contient plus de prot\u00e9ines que le bl\u00e9 tendre, de sorte que lors de la fabrication des p\u00e2tes, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;ajouter des \u0153ufs suppl\u00e9mentaires. Ainsi, chez Rustichella d&rsquo;Abruzzo, seul le meilleur bl\u00e9 dur et de l&rsquo;eau de source pure sont utilis\u00e9s pour la pr\u00e9paration de la classique pasta des Pouilles. La manufacture de p\u00e2tes f\u00eatera ses 90 ans en 2014 ! Comme par exemple la forme typique des Pouilles, les Orecchiette. La manufacture produit aussi la forme de pasta ligurienne, les Trofie. Des p\u00e2tes longues, courtes, pour les soupes et \u00e0 farcir font \u00e9galement partie de la gamme de ce commerce familial.<br \/>\nSelon l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit et les besoins, Rustichella propose des emballages de 250 g ainsi que de 500 g.<\/p>\n<h2>Les p\u00e2tes aux \u0153ufs et les p\u00e2tes color\u00e9es de Rustichella<\/h2>\n<p>Outre les p\u00e2tes de bl\u00e9 dur pur, Rustichella produit \u00e9galement des p\u00e2tes aux \u0153ufs. La forme de p\u00e2te la plus connue \u00e0 base de p\u00e2te avec \u0153ufs est <a class=\"details\" href=\"\/pappardelle-di-gragnano-igp.html\">Tagliatelle<\/a>.
