Cependant, ce sont presque toujours les gnocchis \u00e0 base de pommes de terre qui sont \u00e9voqu\u00e9s. En Sardaigne, une forme de gnocchi a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, pr\u00e9par\u00e9e, comme les autres formes plus ou moins connues, \u00e0 partir de farine de bl\u00e9. Comme elles sont un peu plus petites que les Gnocchi di patate, elles sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9es sous le nom de Gnocchetti. En raison de leur origine sarde, on les appelle <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=gnocchetti+sardi\">Gnocchetti sardi<\/a>. En Sardaigne m\u00eame, les Gnocchetti sardi sont appel\u00e9s <em>Malloreddus<\/em>, ce qui signifie \u00abpetits taureaux\u00bb. Leur ressemblance avec les gnocchis \u00e0 la pomme de terre r\u00e9side dans les striures sur leur surface bomb\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Autrefois, les Gnocchetti \u00e9taient pr\u00e9par\u00e9s en pressant la p\u00e2te dans un panier en osier, appel\u00e9 en italien <em>ciurili<\/em>. Ils sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement servis avec des sauces \u00e0 base de ricotta ou de viande. Par exemple, il existe le plat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/sardische-gnocchetti-mit-tomaten-und-fenchel-bratwurst-r263.html\">alla Campidanesi<\/a>, pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec de la saucisse de fenouil ou une simple saucisse et du fenouil sauvage frais. Avec du pancetta fum\u00e9, les Gnocchetti sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re paysanne (alla contadina).
