En Italie, on appelle les <a href=\"\/sortiment\/wurst-spezialitaeten.html\">charcuteries<\/a> <em>salumi<\/em> et une boutique o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on peut acheter des charcuteries, une <em>salumeria<\/em>. Cependant, ces boutiques vendent aussi d&rsquo;autres d\u00e9lices comme des fromages s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, etc., de sorte qu&rsquo;une meilleure traduction serait <em>\u00e9picerie fine<\/em>. Une boucherie sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le porc s&rsquo;appelle une <em>norcineria<\/em>, une boucherie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale une <em>macelleria<\/em>. Parmi les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s crues, il y a le jambon fum\u00e9 du Tyrol du Sud (<a href=\"schinken-speck-vom-kaltenbrunnhof-ca-450-g.html\">S\u00fcdtiroler Schinkenspeck<\/a>), la Coppa, le <a href=\"\/sortiment\/italienische-wurst\/prosciutto-am-stueck.html\">Prosciutto di Parma<\/a> et le <a href=\"\/sortiment\/italienische-wurst\/prosciutto-am-stueck.html\">Prosciutto di San Daniele<\/a>, le <a href=\"\/culatello-a-fette.html\">Culatello<\/a> et la <a href=\"\/sortiment\/wurst-spezialitaeten.html\">Bresaola<\/a> (de b\u0153uf).
