Cette r\u00e9gion est moins connue pour ses p\u00e2tes que pourrait l&rsquo;\u00eatre les Pouilles. Pourtant, la Ligurie est fi\u00e8re de cette forme de p\u00e2tes sp\u00e9cifique. Ces courtes p\u00e2tes torsad\u00e9es sont la forme typique utilis\u00e9e pour le <a title=\"Commander du Pesto genovese\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;aktion=Suche&amp;Offset=0&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=genovese+pesto\">Pesto alla genovese<\/a> de Ligurie. Vous aurez besoin simplement de <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">50 g de basilic<\/span>, <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">100 ml d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span> (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence de Ligurie), <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">6 c. \u00e0 s. de Parmigiano Reggiano<\/span>, <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">2 c. \u00e0 s. de Pecorino sardo<\/span>, <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 c. \u00e0 s. de pignons de pin<\/span> et <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">du gros sel de mer<\/span>. L&rsquo;id\u00e9al est de broyer le tout dans un mortier. Le m\u00e9lange des ar\u00f4mes est moins r\u00e9ussi lorsque mix\u00e9 avec un mixeur plongeant.<br \/>\nPour des <strong><span itemprop=\"name\">Trofie avec pommes de terre et Pesto<\/span><\/strong> pour <span itemprop=\"\u201crecipeYield\u201c\">3 personnes<\/span>, vous aurez besoin de <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">300g de Trofie<\/span>, <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 pomme de terre moyenne (env. 250g)<\/span>, <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">100g de haricots verts<\/span> coup\u00e9s en morceaux de 4 cm, <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">1\/2 pot (90g) de Pesto au basilic<\/span>, <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">du sel<\/span> et <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">du poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu<\/span> ainsi que <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">du Parmesan fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9 selon les go\u00fbts<\/span>. Faites cuire les Trofie selon les instructions du paquet dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e, ajoutez la pomme de terre coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s 6 min avant la fin du temps de cuisson. Ajoutez les haricots 3 minutes plus tard. Continuez \u00e0 cuire pendant 3 minutes, puis \u00e9gouttez, en r\u00e9servant quelques cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de l&rsquo;eau de cuisson. Remettez les p\u00e2tes, les pommes de terre et les haricots dans la casserole et m\u00e9langez avec le Pesto et l&rsquo;eau de cuisson restante. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre et servez avec du Parmesan.
