Mais juste pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr, rappelons-le : celui qui demande un <em>caff\u00e8<\/em> en Italie recevra un espresso. Celui qui d\u00e9sire un caf\u00e9 noir devra commander un caff\u00e8 lungo en Italie, o\u00f9 plus d&rsquo;eau passe \u00e0 travers la machine \u00e0 espresso. Par exemple, le cappuccino est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement consomm\u00e9 seulement au petit-d\u00e9jeuner en Italie. Le reste de la journ\u00e9e, les Italiens pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent traditionnellement l&rsquo;espresso. L&rsquo;Espresso Macchiato (qui signifie litt\u00e9ralement <em>caf\u00e9 tach\u00e9<\/em>), soit de l&rsquo;espresso avec du lait, est plut\u00f4t bu par les femmes. Le Ristretto est un espresso tr\u00e8s fort avec peu de liquide. Il est principalement consomm\u00e9 dans le sud de l&rsquo;Italie et est peu connu en dehors. Dans le nord de l&rsquo;Italie, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans les montagnes, le Corretto est tr\u00e8s populaire &#8211; un espresso avec une goutte de Grappa. Un Espresso Ristretto\/ Corto est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec moins d&rsquo;eau qu&rsquo;un espresso ; un Espresso Lungo avec plus. Un Espresso Macchiato\/ Caff\u00e8 Macchiato consiste en un espresso et du lait mouss\u00e9, servi dans une tasse \u00e0 espresso, un Macchiato freddo est fait avec du caf\u00e9 froid et de la mousse de lait. Pour le Caff\u00e8 Latte, le lait n&rsquo;est pas mouss\u00e9 et il est servi dans une tasse \u00e0 cappuccino. Dans un Caff\u00e8 con panna, le lait est remplac\u00e9 par de la cr\u00e8me. Le Caff\u00e8 d&rsquo;Orzo est un caf\u00e9 de grains; cela peut \u00eatre de l&rsquo;orge, du \u00e9peautre ou autre. Un Schiumato est servi dans une tasse plus grande qu&rsquo;un Espresso Macchiato. Pour un Latte Macchiato allemand, le lait, l&rsquo;espresso et la cr\u00e8me sont stratifi\u00e9s. Dans un Cappuccino, on met de l&rsquo;espresso, un peu de lait et de la mousse de lait. Dans un Cappuccino con panna, le lait est de nouveau remplac\u00e9 par de la cr\u00e8me. Un Cappuccino chiaro (= Cappuccino clair) est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec plus de lait. Un Ciocolaccino est agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de copeaux de chocolat sur la mousse de lait. Un Americano est essentiellement un espresso dilu\u00e9, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;espresso est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 dans une tasse \u00e0 cappuccino et la tasse est remplie d&rsquo;eau chaude. Un Corretto est servi dans une tasse \u00e0 espresso avec une goutte de Grappa ou autre liqueur. Un Mocacchino est servi dans un verre haut et consiste en des couches d&rsquo;espresso, de lait, de cacao et de cr\u00e8me, garni de copeaux de chocolat. Le Bicerin est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 \u00e0 Turin et est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;espresso et de cacao avec une touche de cr\u00e8me.
