Elle est bien s\u00fbr meilleure avec des c\u00e8pes fra\u00eechement cueillis, mais si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas un expert en champignons, il vaut mieux vous en remettre aux c\u00e8pes achet\u00e9s. L&rsquo;ar\u00f4me rustique est renforc\u00e9 par l&rsquo;utilisation de la Coppa. Cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 ressemble davantage \u00e0 du jambon en tranches, mais elle est class\u00e9e parmi les salamis. Vous remarquerez la diff\u00e9rence lors du p\u00e9trissage et de l&rsquo;utilisation. Si vous avez moins de temps, prenez le <a title=\"Farine Caputo blu\" href=\"\/pizzamehl-caputo-classica-blu-farina-grano-tenero-tipo-00-neapel.html\">Caputo blu<\/a>, qui donne \u00e9galement d&rsquo;excellents r\u00e9sultats apr\u00e8s seulement une demi-heure \u00e0 une heure de temps de lev\u00e9e.<br \/>\nVoici les ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires pour la pizza \u00e0 la Coppa et aux c\u00e8pes :<\/p>\n<p>+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">500 g de <a title=\"Commander de la farine tipo 00\" href=\"\/sortiment\/mehl-reis-und-hefe\/italienisches-pizzamehl.html\">farine Type 00<\/a> plus un peu plus pour le fa\u00e7onnage<\/span><br \/>\n+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre<\/span><br \/>\n+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 cube de levure<\/span><br \/>\n+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/span><br \/>\n+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">300 ml d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de<\/span><br \/>\n+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge plus un peu plus pour badigeonner<\/span><br \/>\n+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">200 g de c\u00e8pes, coup\u00e9s en petits morceaux<\/span><br \/>\n+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">2 oignons rouges, pel\u00e9s, coup\u00e9s en quartiers<\/span><br \/>\n+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">200 g de <a title=\"Commander du Taleggio\" href=\"\/taleggio-250g.html\">Taleggio<\/a><\/span><br \/>\n+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">150 g de <a title=\"Commander de la Coppa\" href=\"\/salumi-dell-emilia.html\">Coppa<\/a><\/span><br \/>\n+ <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">Sel<\/span> et <span itemprop=\"ingredients\">poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration de la pizza \u00e0 la Coppa et aux c\u00e8pes<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00e9langez la farine et le sel dans un bol. Dissolvez le sucre, \u00e9miettez la levure dans l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le sucre et la levure soient dissous. Ajoutez ce m\u00e9lange avec 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile \u00e0 la farine et p\u00e9trissez vigoureusement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse.<br \/>\nFormez ensuite la p\u00e2te en boule et laissez-la reposer couverte dans un bol dans un endroit chaud pendant environ 30 minutes.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 230 degr\u00e9s Celsius\/Gaz 8. Faites sauter rapidement les c\u00e8pes dans une po\u00eale avec 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils prennent couleur.<br \/>\nDivisez la p\u00e2te pr\u00e9par\u00e9e en 4 morceaux, \u00e9talez-la sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9 en cercles et placez-les sur des plaques \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouvertes de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Badigeonnez chaque pizza avec un peu d&rsquo;huile, puis r\u00e9partissez les c\u00e8pes et les quartiers d&rsquo;oignon dessus.
