Cette petite ville se situe sur le flanc ouest de l&rsquo;\u00c8tna, \u00e0 54 km au nord-ouest de la capitale provinciale Catane. \u00c0 l&rsquo;origine, la colonisation \u00e9tait constitu\u00e9e de 24 petits villages, mais en 1520, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fusionn\u00e9s par Charles V pour former la ville de Bronte.<br \/>\nLa proximit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00c8tna offre certes des sols fertiles largement utilis\u00e9s pour la culture de pistaches, olives, figues de Barbarie, amandes, noix et poires, mais elle pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement des dangers : en 1651, 1832 et 1843, le volcan est entr\u00e9 en \u00e9ruption et de nombreuses personnes ont perdu la vie en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5517\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5517\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5517\" title=\"Vue sur Bronte\" alt=\"vue-sur-bronte\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/blick-auf-bronte.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"268\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5517\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Vue sur Bronte<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>La culture de la pistache \u00e0 Bronte<\/h2>\n<p>En plus de l&rsquo;Iran, d&rsquo;Isra\u00ebl, de la Turquie et de la Californie, la r\u00e9gion autour de <strong>Bronte<\/strong> est d&rsquo;importance mondiale dans la production de pistaches. Dans les communes de Bronte, Adrano et Biancavilla, des arbres \u00e0 pistaches sont pr\u00e9sents depuis des si\u00e8cles sur une zone situ\u00e9e entre 400 et 900 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Ces arbres ne sont ni fertilis\u00e9s ni irrigu\u00e9s artificiellement et pourtant, les pistaches de Bronte sont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es pour leur taille. L\u2019irrigation naturelle contribue \u00e0 un ar\u00f4me intense qui ne n\u00e9cessite aucune salaison apr\u00e8s s\u00e9chage. Ainsi, Barone del Murgo a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un <a title=\"Pesto avec des pistaches de Bronte\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=pesto+pistazien+bronte\">pesto<\/a> qui, au lieu de contenir des pignons comme le pesto g\u00e9nois, est riche en pistaches. Les pistaches sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es dans la pr\u00e9paration de desserts. Pensons simplement aux d\u00e9lices orientaux incorporant ces noix vertes.
