C&rsquo;est un plat qui n\u00e9cessite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un seul pot et est relativement simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Pour le risotto, un type de riz capable d\u2019absorber beaucoup de liquide est n\u00e9cessaire. Les trois principales sortes de <strong>riz \u00e0 risotto<\/strong> sont <a title=\"Riz \u00e0 risotto Arborio\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/catalogsearch\/result\/?q=arborio\">Arborio<\/a>, <a title=\"Riz \u00e0 risotto Carnaroli\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/catalogsearch\/result\/?q=Carnaroli\">Carnaroli<\/a> et <a title=\"Riz \u00e0 risotto Vialone Nano\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/catalogsearch\/result\/?q=vialone\">Vialone Nano<\/a>.
