Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, cela n&rsquo;existait pas. Mais maintenant, DeCecco a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec son <strong><a title=\"Farina di Grano duro\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=farina+grano+duro\">Farina di grano duro<\/a><\/strong> une nouveaut\u00e9 mondiale \u2013 une farine de bl\u00e9 dur (grano duro) moulue aussi finement qu&rsquo;une Farina. Le fait que le bl\u00e9 dur \u2013 grano duro \u2013 soit le mieux adapt\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer de bonnes p\u00e2tes \u00e0 pizza et \u00e0 p\u00e2tes est d\u00e9sormais reconnu. Cependant, trouver la bonne <strong>farine de bl\u00e9 dur<\/strong> n&rsquo;est pas si simple. Nous offrons cependant depuis longtemps de la Semola di grano duro, une farine de bl\u00e9 dur finement moulue. Pour beaucoup de non-Italiens, la distinction entre Farina (farine de bl\u00e9 tendre) et Semola (farine de bl\u00e9 dur) est cependant inhabituelle car ils sont habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 une distinction bas\u00e9e sur le degr\u00e9 de mouture entre farine et semoule.
