Et les arbres qui fleurissent produisent, en th\u00e9orie, \u00e9galement des fruits. De vastes citronneraies sont surtout pr\u00e9sentes dans le sud de l&rsquo;Italie, en Sicile et autour du golfe de Naples. Il n&rsquo;est donc pas \u00e9tonnant que ces r\u00e9gions soient \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine du liqueur fruit\u00e9 <strong><a title=\"Limoncello\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=limoncello\">Limoncello<\/a><\/strong>. Pour sa fabrication, l&rsquo;\u00e9corce jaune des citrons est mac\u00e9r\u00e9e durant une semaine dans de l&rsquo;alcool, qui extrait de ces \u00e9corces leurs ar\u00f4mes rafra\u00eechissants et leurs huiles essentielles. Il est le plus souvent propos\u00e9 <em>con la mosca<\/em>, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire avec deux ou trois grains de caf\u00e9, flamb\u00e9. Il existe aussi des liqueurs semblables au Sambuca en Gr\u00e8ce (Ouzo) et en Turquie (Rak\u0131). Il est devenu une boisson apr\u00e8s-ski pris\u00e9e, surtout dans les stations de ski italiennes. Il est d\u00e9sormais possible d&rsquo;acheter du Bombardino d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9. De nouvelles variantes ont m\u00eame vu le jour : par exemple, le Bombardino au caf\u00e9 se nomme <em>calimero<\/em>, au rhum <em>pirata<\/em>, et au whisky <em>scozzese<\/em>.
