Elles se terminent souvent par <em>-oni<\/em> et sont reconnaissables en tant que <strong>g\u00e9ants des p\u00e2tes<\/strong> m\u00eame sans photo. Toutefois, leur taille offre un autre avantage qui laisse beaucoup de place \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 du cuisinier : on peut remplir ces g\u00e9ants des p\u00e2tes avec toutes sortes de choses et les utiliser pour des gratins. Que l\u2019on choisisse une farce de viande hach\u00e9e ou la combinaison classique Ricotta et \u00e9pinard, ou encore d&rsquo;autres farces carn\u00e9es ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes, cela d\u00e9pend de chacun.
