En <strong>Italie<\/strong>, on brasse maintenant tout \u00e0 fait une <strong>bi\u00e8re<\/strong> respectable. Dire \u00ab maintenant \u00bb est un peu r\u00e9ducteur puisque la <strong>Birra Peroni<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1846 \u00e0 Vigevano, au sud de Milan. Cependant, pendant longtemps, la brasserie n&rsquo;avait qu&rsquo;une importance r\u00e9gionale ; ce n&rsquo;est que dans les ann\u00e9es 1950 qu&rsquo;elle est devenue connue en dehors de la province de Pavie et de la Lombardie.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3886\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3886\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a title=\"Commander de la bi\u00e8re Peroni\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=peroni+birra\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3886\" title=\"peroni bier\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/peroni_bier.jpg\" alt=\"Bi\u00e8re Peroni\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3886\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bi\u00e8re Peroni<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Peroni Nastro Azzurro<\/h2>\n<p>Cependant, aujourd&rsquo;hui, une grande partie de la bi\u00e8re provient du Latium, o\u00f9 la deuxi\u00e8me brasserie Peroni a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte en 1864. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que se trouve d\u00e9sormais \u00e9galement le si\u00e8ge principal de l&rsquo;entreprise. Pr\u00e8s de 100 ans plus tard, en 1963, Carlo Peroni a cr\u00e9\u00e9 la bi\u00e8re <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=nastro+azzurro\">Nastro Azzurro<\/a> (Ruban Bleu). Dans la nouvelle recette, il a remplac\u00e9 un quart du grain par du ma\u00efs italien. Celui-ci est cultiv\u00e9 autour de Nostrano, dans le nord de l&rsquo;Italie. La Birra Peroni ainsi que la Nastro Azzurro sont des bi\u00e8res de type Lager.
