On peut l&rsquo;utiliser \u00e9galement pour la pr\u00e9paration de pizzas, mais aussi pour confectionner des p\u00e2tisseries sucr\u00e9es. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res, cette farine absorbe bien l\u2019eau (ou le lait), rendant ainsi la pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s rapide.<\/p>\n<p>Au fait, la diff\u00e9rence avec notre farine ordinaire de type 450 est le broyage plus fin de la farine tipo 00.
