Cependant, le salami hongrois est une copie de l&rsquo;italien, introduit en Hongrie par Mark Pick.<br \/>\nEn Allemagne, ce saucisson dur est appel\u00e9 <em>Salami<\/em>, qui est en fait le pluriel italien de <em>salame<\/em>. Son nom d\u00e9rive du mot <em>salare<\/em>, signifiant \u00ab\u00a0saler\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\nAlors qu&rsquo;autrefois, la viande d&rsquo;\u00e2ne et\/ou de mulet \u00e9tait souvent utilis\u00e9e pour la pr\u00e9paration du <strong>salami italien<\/strong>, aujourd&rsquo;hui, seul le porc ou un m\u00e9lange de porc et de b\u0153uf est employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2428\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2428\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a title=\"Salami de fenouil\" href=\"h\/salame-finocchiona-sbriciolona.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2428\" title=\"Salami de fenouil\" alt=\"Salami de fenouil toscan\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/fenchelsalami.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2428\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Salami de fenouil toscan<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Fabrication de salami en Italie<\/h2>\n<p>Au fil de l&rsquo;histoire, diff\u00e9rentes recettes de <strong>fabrication de salami<\/strong> ont vu le jour dans les diverses r\u00e9gions d&rsquo;Italie. Les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales en cuisine ont \u00e9galement influenc\u00e9 le salami. Ainsi, en Toscane, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on trouve de nombreux sangliers dans les for\u00eats de ch\u00eanes, leur chair tendre est utilis\u00e9e pour les <a href=\"\/salame-di-cinghiale-falorni.html\">salami de sanglier<\/a>. Comme les sangliers se nourrissent librement de ce qu&rsquo;ils trouvent dans la for\u00eat, leur viande est particuli\u00e8rement ar\u00f4matique.<br \/>\nEn Calabre, o\u00f9 les piments sont indispensables en cuisine, ces piquants sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s dans la fabrication de salami. Les <a href=\"\/salsiccia-piccante-curva.html\">salami piquants calabrais<\/a> poss\u00e8dent \u00e9galement une couleur rouge intense.<br \/>\nUne autre vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de salami est le Cacciatore (qui signifie \u00ab\u00a0chasseur\u00a0\u00bb). Dans notre <strong>assortiment<\/strong>, vous trouverez \u00e9galement des <a href=\"\/stiersalami-salame-con-toro.html\">salamis de b\u0153uf<\/a>. Et pas de n&rsquo;importe quelle race de bovins, mais ceux issus des majestueux Chianina de Toscane, avec une hauteur au garrot de 160 cm (pour les vaches), qui sont exclusivement nourris de foin. Beaucoup de salamis contiennent aussi du fenouil digestif. Chez certaines, cet ingr\u00e9dient a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le nom, comme pour la <a href=\"\/salame-di-cinta-senese-370g.html\">Finocchiona di Cinta Senese Brada<\/a>.<br \/>\nCertains bouchers affinent \u00e9galement leur sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de salami avec du vin, comme c&rsquo;est le cas pour le <a href=\"\/salame-al-barolo.html\">Salame al Barolo<\/a> ou le <a href=\"\/salame-tipico-grevigiano.html\">Salame al Chianti classico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Et ce n&rsquo;est pas tout ce que nous proposons dans notre assortiment de salamis d&rsquo;Italie.
