La <strong>recette<\/strong> d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui donne en r\u00e9sultat une <strong>salami au chocolat<\/strong>. Cela peut sembler une combinaison \u00e9trange au premier abord, mais comme le sugg\u00e8re le titre, c&rsquo;est en fait une sorte de Kalter Hund. Et comment ne pas trouver cela app\u00e9tissant, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ? <\/p>\n<p> \u00c0 moins que vous ne sachiez pas ce qu&rsquo;est un Kalter Hund. Ce \u00abg\u00e2teau sans cuisson\u00bb est connu sous de nombreux autres noms tels que Lukullus, Wandsbecker Speck ou Kalte Schnauze et est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en alternant une cr\u00e8me de chocolat et de graisse de coco avec des biscuits au beurre dans un moule \u00e0 cake.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nLa garniture du salami se compose classiquement de biscuits. Mais les noix comme les pistaches ou les noisettes sont \u00e9galement d\u00e9licieuses ! <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La salami au chocolat, ou en italien <strong><em>Salame di cioccolata<\/em><\/strong>, est faite d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients similaires, mais prend la forme d&rsquo;une salami. Cette bombe calorique est particuli\u00e8rement populaire dans les zones rurales de Lombardie et d&rsquo;\u00c9milie-Romagne.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/be.gustini.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Schokosalami-04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14057\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La pr\u00e9paration en elle-m\u00eame est assez rapide, cependant, le salami doit reposer plusieurs heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant de devenir fermes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la Salami au Chocolat<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g de biscuits au beurre<\/li>\n<li>150 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>100 g de <a href=\"\/sortiment\/suesses-und-gebaeck.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">chocolat noir<\/a><\/li>\n<li>100 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>30 ml de <a href=\"\/sortiment\/grappa-und-spirituosen.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Vin Santo<\/a> <\/li>\n<li>40 g de zeste de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous aurez \u00e9galement besoin d&rsquo;un bol pour faire fondre le chocolat, un pour r\u00e9chauffer le beurre et un bol pour m\u00e9langer. De plus, une casserole pour faire fondre le chocolat, un batteur \u00e9lectrique et du film alimentaire.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration de la Salami au Chocolat<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>D&rsquo;abord, coupez le beurre en morceaux et laissez-le atteindre la temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li>\n<li>Cassez le chocolat en morceaux et faites-le fondre au bain-marie dans le bol. Lorsqu&rsquo;il est compl\u00e8tement fondu (remuez de temps en temps), retirez du feu et laissez refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n<li>Placez les biscuits dans un grand bol et \u00e9crasez-les avec le dos d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re. Les miettes formeront les \u00ab\u00a0morceaux de graisse\u00a0\u00bb du salami.<\/li>\n<li>Battez le beurre avec le mixeur pendant quelques secondes. Ajoutez progressivement le sucre et les \u0153ufs tout en m\u00e9langeant.<\/li>\n<li>Continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer pendant quelque temps, puis ajoutez le chocolat. Continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez le rhum et m\u00e9langez quelques secondes de plus.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le contenu de ce bol aux miettes de biscuits (incluez le zeste de citron) et p\u00e9trissez avec une cuill\u00e8re jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tous les morceaux de biscuit soient enrob\u00e9s de chocolat.<\/li>\n<li>\nFormez un rouleau de salami avec la p\u00e2te et enveloppez-le de film alimentaire.
