Dans les \u00e9tablissements de qualit\u00e9, elles sont souvent servies en Antipasti.<\/p>\n<p>La Bruschetta est une recette originaire du centre de l&rsquo;Italie. Les tranches de pain grill\u00e9es sont frott\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement garnies de tomates. Cependant, des haricots ou, comme dans cette recette, des champignons, peuvent \u00e9galement faire d&rsquo;excellentes garnitures pour la Bruschetta. Enlevez les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des tiges des champignons, brossez-les proprement et tranchez-les finement. Coupez le lard en d\u00e9s. Lavez le persil, d\u00e9tachez-le des tiges et hachez-le finement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, faites chauffer 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile. Faites y revenir le lard, les champignons et le poivron \u00e0 feu vif, en remuant pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes. Ajoutez le persil, salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez les tranches de pain en deux et faites-les griller au grille-pain ou au four, sur la fonction la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, pendant environ 4 minutes. Coupez les gousses d&rsquo;ail en deux et frottez-les sur le pain grill\u00e9. M\u00e9langez la pr\u00e9paration de champignons avec le reste de l&rsquo;huile et r\u00e9partissez le tout sur les tranches de pain.
