Des Cannelloni farcis aux \u00e9pinards &#8211; parfait pour la famille ou la colocation.<br \/>\nLes cannelloni sont de grandes p\u00e2tes creuses, fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de feuilles de p\u00e2te roul\u00e9es. Si vous ne trouvez pas de cannelloni dans votre supermarch\u00e9, vous pouvez les pr\u00e9parer vous-m\u00eame avec notre recette de base de p\u00e2tes. Peler et presser la gousse d&rsquo;ail, puis l&rsquo;ajouter aux \u00e9pinards.<br \/>\nPeler et couper l&rsquo;oignon en petits d\u00e9s. M\u00e9langer la ricotta et l&rsquo;\u0153uf.<br \/>\nCombiner les \u00e9pinards avec les oignons coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s ainsi que les pignons de pin avec le m\u00e9lange de ricotta. Assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre. Puis, remplir les cannelloni avec la mixture \u00e0 base d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards et de ricotta en utilisant une cuill\u00e8re.<br \/>\nDisposer les cannelloni farcis dans un plat \u00e0 gratin graiss\u00e9. Arroser de cr\u00e8me.
