M\u00eame si le pays est davantage connu pour son vin, les Italiens ont reconnu qu\u2019une vie sans bi\u00e8re n\u2019\u00e9tait tout simplement pas une vie qui vaille la peine d\u2019\u00eatre v\u00e9cue. Cependant, comme le brassage de la bi\u00e8re n\u2019est pas aussi profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9 dans la culture italienne que chez nous, il n\u2019existe pas de loi sur la puret\u00e9 de la bi\u00e8re italienne. Il ne faut donc pas s\u2019\u00e9tonner si la bi\u00e8re italienne a un go\u00fbt diff\u00e9rent de la bi\u00e8re allemande. Cette brasserie utilise du ma\u00efs italien, qui est cultiv\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion de Nostrano depuis le 15\u00e8me si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n<p>La brasserie Forst est situ\u00e9e en Tyrol du Sud, ce qui explique le nom peu italien.
