Ce plat peut \u00eatre retrac\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;en 1621 ! L&rsquo;utilisation de moutarde, ou plut\u00f4t de mo\u00fbt, est arriv\u00e9e du nord de l&rsquo;Italie depuis la France (le moutarde de Dijon \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement renomm\u00e9). \u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, la Mostarda \u00e9tait principalement d\u00e9gust\u00e9e durant la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl. Depuis, diff\u00e9rentes variantes ont vu le jour dans les villes du nord de l&rsquo;Italie : \u00e0 Mantoue, on pr\u00e9pare des poires enti\u00e8res et des coings, tandis qu&rsquo;\u00e0 Voghera, on utilise des fruits confits. \u00c0 Cremona, les figues, abricots et p\u00eaches sont \u00e9galement courants.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les go\u00fbts, on peut moduler la quantit\u00e9 de moutarde.<\/p>\n<p>La Mostarda accompagne les plats de viande. On trouve \u00e9galement en Italie des p\u00e2tes farcies \u00e0 la Mostarda et au potiron.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3057\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3057\" style=\"width: 425px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a title=\"Senffr\u00fcchte Mostarda\" href=\"http:\/\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3057 \" title=\"Mostarda Senffr\u00fcchte\" alt=\"Un bol de fruits \u00e0 la moutarde (Mostarda)\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/mostarda_senffruechte.jpg\" width=\"425\" height=\"282\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3057\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Un bol de fruits \u00e0 la moutarde (Mostarda)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la recette de Mostarda (pour 3 personnes) :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00be kg de fruits vari\u00e9s, par exemple (ananas, poires fermes, figues, citrons verts, cerises, mangues, tranches d&rsquo;orange, papaye, p\u00eaches, physalis, caramboles, citrons, melon)<\/li>\n<li>425 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc l d&rsquo;eau, de jus de fruit ou de vin blanc<\/li>\n<li>75 ml de vinaigre (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=weissweinessig\">vinaigre de vin blanc<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>20 g de poudre de moutarde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration de la Mostarda :<\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez les fruits selon votre choix.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez la chair d&rsquo;ananas, de p\u00eache et de melon en cubes d&rsquo;environ 1 \u00bd cm. Taillez la mangue en tranches d&rsquo;environ 1 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Coupez les caramboles ainsi que les citrons verts et les citrons pel\u00e9s en fines rondelles. Taillez la chair de nectarine et de papaye en tranches. Retirez les physalis de leurs enveloppes.<br \/>\nFaites cuire 325g de sucre dans \u00bc l d&rsquo;eau pendant 10 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit compl\u00e8tement dissous. Ajoutez les fruits selon leur temps de cuisson dans l&rsquo;eau sucr\u00e9e : commencez par le melon, l&rsquo;ananas, la carambole, et terminez par la mangue, la papaye et les physalis. Faites cuire les fruits dans l&rsquo;eau sucr\u00e9e pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes. Retirez la casserole du feu et versez son contenu dans un bol.<br \/>\nFaites cuire le reste de sucre avec le vinaigre pendant 10 minutes puis laissez refroidir. Versez la poudre de moutarde dans un bol et ajoutez-y le sirop de vinaigre en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nLaissez reposer pendant 1 heure. Versez le sirop de moutarde sur les fruits, m\u00e9langez et mettez le tout dans des bocaux.
