Comme son nom d\u00e9rive du mot latin lux, signifiant lumi\u00e8re, cette derni\u00e8re joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans cette f\u00eate hivernale. <a href=\"\/blog\/internationale-spezialitaten\/santa-lucia-eine-heilige-und-ihr-weg-nach-norden\">L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re<\/a>, j&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 de la f\u00eate en Su\u00e8de, c&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;ai voulu explorer aujourd&rsquo;hui une autre voie en pr\u00e9sentant une recette typique de Lucia : le Torrone dei Poveri. Ce plat, fait de pois chiches et de sucre, \u00e9tait traditionnellement distribu\u00e9 aux pauvres le jour de la Sainte-Lucie. La recette trouve ses origines dans la culture arabe. Normalement, on ne fait que cuire les pois chiches dans du sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils forment une p\u00e2te qui est ensuite laiss\u00e9e \u00e0 refroidir. Cela ne semble pas particuli\u00e8rement app\u00e9tissant, c&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;ai recherch\u00e9 une alternative.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3003\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3003\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=torrone+pistacchi\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3003\" title=\"Torrone\" alt=\"Mandeln wie in echter Torrone waren zu teuer, daher wurden Kichererbsen verwendet.\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/torrone.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3003\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Les amandes, comme dans le vrai Torrone, \u00e9taient trop ch\u00e8res, donc des pois chiches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Les ingr\u00e9dients pour le Torrone dei Poveri<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 \u0153ufs 300g<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/sortiment\/suesses-und-gebaeck.html\">Miel<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Farine<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/li>\n<li>Huile pour friture<\/li>\n<li>Feuilles de citronnier (disponibles dans les \u00e9piceries asiatiques)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration du Torrone dei Poveri<\/h2>\n<p>Amasser la farine et cr\u00e9er un puits au centre pour y ajouter les quatre \u0153ufs. P\u00e9trir avec les mains et ajouter un peu d&rsquo;huile pour obtenir une p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s souple. Former de petites boules avec cette p\u00e2te collante et les frire dans l&rsquo;huile chaude. Laisser \u00e9goutter et tamponner avec du papier absorbant. Faire fondre le miel et le sucre dans une casserole jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 fr\u00e9missement.
