Cette famille est compos\u00e9e de Mario, Laura, Luca, Lucia, Lorenzo et Dino. La passion des p\u00e2tes coule dans leurs veines. Lors de la visite du domaine de Pasta Martelli, nous avons appris comment une mixture de farine, d&rsquo;eau et de sel donne naissance \u00e0 toutes sortes de formes de p\u00e2tes. Celui-ci a une teneur en prot\u00e9ines particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9e, ce qui rend l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;\u0153ufs inutile \u2013 contrairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;Allemagne.
