Le fromage tendance \u00e9tait n\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Burrata \u2013 Fromage Filata avec un c\u0153ur<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;enveloppe du fromage est donc compos\u00e9e de Mozzarella classique, le fameux fromage italien fabriqu\u00e9 selon le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Filata. Pour cela, le caill\u00e9 frais est arros\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau chaude puis p\u00e9tri jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il forme une structure typiquement fibreuse. Ensuite, des portions sont pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es du fromage p\u00e9tri frais, form\u00e9es en petits sacs et remplies. La garniture comprend du Mozzarella effiloch\u00e9 et de la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse et fra\u00eeche.
