Il est cultiv\u00e9 en Italie, dans la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;\u00c9milie-Romagne, qui est \u00e9galement c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour son <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=parmaschinken\">jambon de Parme<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=parmigiano+reggiano\">fromage Parmesan<\/a>. Plus de 60 variantes de ce c\u00e9page sont connues. La r\u00e9gion de production est divis\u00e9e en quatre zones DOC : Lambrusco di Sorbara, avec la variante de c\u00e9page \u00e9ponyme, produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des vins secs et acides. Cette zone se situe au nord de Mod\u00e8ne, o\u00f9 est fabriqu\u00e9 le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gustini.de\/index.php?auswahl=shopseite&amp;rubrik1=Suche&amp;rubrik2=aceto+balsamico\">vinaigre balsamique<\/a>. Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, avec une production annuelle beaucoup plus faible, se trouve au sud de Mod\u00e8ne et est le berceau de la variante de c\u00e9page Lambrusco Grasparossa. Ce vin se caract\u00e9rise par sa richesse en tanins et sa douceur r\u00e9siduelle. Lambrusco Reggiano abrite plusieurs variantes, dont L. Salamino, L. Marani et L. Montericco. Dans la quatri\u00e8me zone, Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce, c&rsquo;est surtout le Lambrusco Salamino qui est cultiv\u00e9. Les vins de cette zone sont tr\u00e8s doux et de qualit\u00e9 pas tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e. En plus des quatre zones DOC, la r\u00e9gion comprend \u00e9galement le Lambrusco Mantovano, au sud de Mantoue.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2422\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2422\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2422\" title=\"Lambrusco IGT\" alt=\"Lambrusco Frizzante Emilia IGT\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/lambrusco_igt.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2422\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lambrusco Frizzante Emilia IGT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Lambrusco \u2013 le Vin<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 partir du c\u00e9page rouge <strong>Lambrusco<\/strong>, dans ses nombreuses variantes, sont produits des <strong>vins<\/strong> fruit\u00e9s et p\u00e9tillants. Ce c\u00e9page \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;Antiquit\u00e9 sous le nom de <em>Labrusca<\/em>. En raison de la couleur claire du jus de raisin, le vin est souvent color\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;aide du raisin tr\u00e8s sombre Ancelotta. Selon la zone de culture, des vins allant du sec au doux sont produits. Tous se caract\u00e9risent par leur jeunesse au moment de la consommation. Il se distingue par ses ar\u00f4mes de baies. Sa forte capacit\u00e9 de rendement a quelque peu nui \u00e0 sa r\u00e9putation, et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 stigmatis\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant un vin bon march\u00e9 vendu dans les stations-service. Cependant, sa r\u00e9putation s&rsquo;est depuis am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et il est de nouveau \u00e0 la mode.
